TERMS & CONDITIONS
By submitting this registration, the undersigned confirms their intent to compete in the Ace Cup Challenge and accepts full responsibility for compliance with the Ace Cup Challenge Official Rules of Competition, as outlined in the FAQ of this registration page, as well as all Terms & Conditions stated herein and found in full in the tournament FAQ section. The participant further acknowledges that these terms may be updated or modified at any time, and that continued participation constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

The participant commits to maintaining conduct befitting the spirit of the Ace Cup Challenge and the standards of amateur golf, whether on or off the course. The participant agrees to engage with media representatives when reasonably requested and recognizes the authority of the Tournament Committee as the final arbiter in all matters of dispute or interpretation. Participation in any Ace Cup Challenge event constitutes acceptance of the specific rules and conditions governing that event.

The participant grants Ace Cup Events, along with its licensees, sublicensees, and assigns, an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual right to capture, use, and distribute the participant's name, image, likeness, voice, and biographical information in any format or medium — whether currently existing or developed in the future — for purposes including but not limited to the marketing, promotion, and advertisement of the Ace Cup Challenge and any other events, programs, or services associated with Ace Cup Events or its agents and partners. This consent does not extend to the direct endorsement of any third-party product or service without the participant's explicit prior approval.

FORCE MAJEURE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In the event that any Ace Cup Challenge event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise rendered impossible due to causes outside the reasonable control of Ace Cup Events — including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, political instability, labour disputes, or insurrection — participants waive any and all claims against Ace Cup Events, its partners, affiliates, and host venues for reimbursement of expenses, losses, or damages arising from their involvement in or preparation for such event. Notwithstanding this, Ace Cup Events will issue a refund of base registration fees, excluding any fees collected directly by host clubs, in the event that both the Regional Finals and Provincial Finals are cancelled in accordance with the terms described herein.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ace Cup Events, its partners, and all associated host venues expressly disclaim any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss of any nature sustained by a participant in connection with their participation in any Ace Cup Challenge event. By registering, the participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ace Cup Events and all related parties against any such claims.
